We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Care Transitions and Denial Management Assistant. In this vital role, you will provide critical secretarial, clerical, and record-keeping support to ensure the smooth operation of both our Care Transitions and Denial Management departments.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of clerical, administrative or social work related experience required (healthcare or hospital setting strongly preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Comfortable adopting new technologies, software platforms, and mobile communication tools.
- Typing Skills: Proficient and accurate typing skills.
- Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to collaborate professionally with medical staff, management, and insurance providers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, but a combination of education and equivalent healthcare administrative experience will be considered
