About the Role
We are a fast-growing garage door company in Houston looking for a high-performing Sales & Service Technician.
This role requires someone who can diagnose issues and confidently sell the job on-site. You must be able to present repair versus replacement options and close tickets in the $1,000–$3,000+ range consistently.
Responsibilities
- Meet homeowners on pre-scheduled service calls (no cold calling)
- Diagnose garage door problems
- Explain and sell repair or replacement options
- Complete work the same day when approved
- Collect payment and close jobs
- Maintain strong customer relationships
Compensation
- Commission-based pay with high earning potential
- Typical earnings: $2,500 – $5,000 per week
- Top performers: $120,000 – $180,000+ per year

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Garage door service and sales experience
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Clean driving record
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Comfortable working in garages and outdoor conditions
Not a Fit If
- No garage door experience
- No in-home sales experience
- Only construction or handyman background
- Retail or car sales only
