What You’ll Do:
As an Off-Premise Catering Setup & Service Worker, you’ll be responsible for transporting, setting up, servicing, and breaking down catered events at locations on campus. Your responsibilities will include:

Loading, transporting, and unloading catering equipment, food, beverages, and supplies for off-site events.

Setting up buffet stations, beverage service areas, dining spaces, and event equipment according to event specifications.

Providing professional and courteous food and beverage service to guests.

Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and presentation standards throughout each event.

Monitoring and replenishing food, beverages, utensils, and supplies as needed.

Assisting with event breakdown, cleanup, and return of equipment and supplies.

Working closely with catering supervisors and team members to ensure successful event execution.
You'll play a vital role in delivering memorable catering experiences for university clients, community partners, and special event guests throughout the Denver area.
