We are seeking a motivated Production Packaging Associate who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. This role is a key part of our daily operations and contributes directly to shipment readiness, inventory organization, and customer satisfaction.

Position Summary
The Production Packaging Associate is responsible for packaging, labeling, organizing, and preparing materials and customer belongings for transportation and storage. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining operational standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Package and prepare materials, products, and customer belongings for shipment
- Apply protective wrapping, cushioning, and packaging materials as needed
- Label, sort, and organize items according to operational requirements
- Verify package contents and shipment information for accuracy
- Assist with inventory management and storage organization
- Prepare completed shipments for loading and transportation
- Support receiving and material processing activities
- Maintain packaging supplies and operational equipment
- Follow safety procedures and quality control standards
- Contribute to efficient daily workflow and team productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in packaging, warehouse operations, logistics, shipping, fulfillment, inventory, or moving services is a plus
- Ability to lift and move materials safely throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities
