WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with food preparation and station organization
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow team members
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and kitchen organization
- Help create exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of professional cooking experience preferred
- Strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a professional culinary team
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive motions
- Ability to work in varying kitchen temperatures
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination necessary for food preparation
