Develop people and standardize processes to create predictable, repeatable performance.

Leadership & People: staff and schedule effectively; drive cross-training; deliver evaluations, corrective actions, and development plans; foster a positive, accountable culture.

Production Control: meet takt and schedule attainment; coordinate Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain inputs; lead tier meetings, Gemba walks, and value stream huddles.

Process Ownership: standardize and continuously improve wrap lines, metal encapsulation, material handling, curing, and finishing; deploy visual controls and error-proofing.

Improvement Engine: use 5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, Kanban, TPM, and Poka‑Yoke; solve problems with 5 Why, Fishbone, and A3; remove bottlenecks with Maintenance/Engineering.

Safety & Environment: enforce PPE, LOTO, guarding, and chemical handling; run safety walks, incident investigations, and corrective actions; uphold ISO 14001 practices for waste, emissions, and hazardous materials; ensure ergonomic, 5S‑driven workstations.

Quality & Customer Focus: maintain control plans, inspection standards, and traceability; secure first‑piece, in‑process, and final audit compliance; resolve nonconformances, CAPAs, SCARs, deviations, and complaints; monitor scrap, rework, dimensional accuracy, metal wrap integrity, and bonding performance.

Data & Reporting: manage KPIs (OEE, scrap, throughput, labor efficiency, safety, customer delivery); keep ERP/MES data clean; publish weekly/monthly summaries with insight and action plans.

Cost & Resources: allocate labor, approve overtime, and control spend; optimize metals, adhesives, films, insulation, and wrap components; justify capital with ROI.

Change & NPI: run controlled revisions and training before release; lead APQP—PFMEA, control plans, work instructions, PPAP—plus trials, capability studies, and validations.

Continuous Improvement leadership and practical Lean execution.

Mastery of 5 Why and structured root cause analysis.

APQP depth with successful PPAPs.

Command of operational metrics and KPI management.

Production planning and scheduling expertise.

Proven ISO 14001 experience within IATF 16949 operations.
