We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our award-winning Service Department. In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles efficiently and accurately while upholding manufacturer standards and dealership expectations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality automotive repairs in a fast-paced environment.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns on customer vehicles.

Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and fluid services.

Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings accurately on repair orders.

Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues efficiently.

Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Communicate technical findings and recommendations to Service Advisors clearly.

Follow manufacturer repair procedures, dealership policies, and safety standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Participate in ongoing training to stay current with vehicle technology and repair techniques.

Uphold Power Ford’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience as an automotive technician required; dealership experience preferred.

ASE certifications and/or Ford certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the day (up to 50 lbs).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Professional attitude and dependable work ethic.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Fast-paced dealership shop environment.

Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and tool usage.
