Perform general maintenance tasks and routine property repairs to ensure community standards are met.

Assist with minor plumbing and carpentry work as needed.

Carry out pressure cleaning and painting projects to maintain property appearance.

Safely operate hand tools and maintenance equipment.

Participate in property inspections and preventive maintenance activities.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Follow all established safety procedures while performing assigned duties.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Support other maintenance projects and property needs as assigned.

Previous experience in general maintenance preferred.

Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair practices, including minor plumbing and carpentry.

Experience using hand tools safely and effectively.

Ability to perform physical maintenance work safely.

Dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow direction.

English communication skills required.
