Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, handy individual to assist with upkeep of our facilities and grounds. The ideal candidate will be a jack of all trades with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean, safe, and a well-functioning environment. This role requires a diverse skill set and the ability to work independently to tackle various tasks as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
Landscaping & Groundskeeping: Conduct light landscaping tasks such as weeding, planting, and mulching.
Bruch Clearing: Operate equipment (e.g. trimmers, chainsaws- if applicable) to cut, clear, and dispose of brush and overgrowth around the property perimeter and designated areas.
Light Electrical Repair: Perform basic, non-licensed electrical maintenance task suck as changing light bulb/ballasts, replacing outlet covers, and troubleshooting minor fixture issues. [Note: More complex electrical work requires a licensed professional.]
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
