Blissful Hearts Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing home care team.
We are building our caregiver network to support clients as they come on service. This is a PRN (as-needed) position, with assignments offered based on client needs and caregiver availability. Flexible scheduling lets you work around your availability while making a meaningful difference in others' lives.

Job Summary
As a CNA with Blissful Hearts Healthcare Services, you will provide high-quality, non-medical personal care to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You’ll build meaningful relationships while delivering exceptional care in a supportive, one-on-one environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with light meal preparation.
- Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care.
- Measure and document vital signs when required by the client’s Plan of Care.
- Observe and promptly report changes in a client’s physical, emotional, or mental condition.
- Follow each client’s individualized Plan of Care.
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, clients, and family members.
- Maintain a professional appearance while representing Blissful Hearts Healthcare Services.
- Treat every client with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
- Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current negative TB test (or ability to obtain one before hire).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers.
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to complete Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and care documentation. Experience with EVV or electronic documentation systems is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Home care experience is preferred but not required.
- Weekend and holiday availability is a plus.
