Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs and budget
- Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication using phone, text, and email
- Stay informed on inventory, promotions, and financing options
- Accurately complete all required paperwork and maintain CRM records
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and dealership benchmarks
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required or strongly preferred
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or automotive sales is a plus—but NOT REQUIRED!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to close deals
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Schedule:
- Full-time, 10-7pm during the week and 10-6pm on Saturday with Sunday's off. You will also get a day off during the week.
