Support the behind-the-scenes operations that keep WE Fest running. Warehouse Staff work closely with beverage and operations teams to manage inventory, move product, and keep supplies organized and flowing across the site.

Transport kegs and product to bars and beer booths throughout the grounds

Load and unload equipment, deliveries, and supplies

Maintain organization and cleanliness within warehouse areas

Assist with inventory movement and restocking as needed

Support various operations teams with logistical needs

Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more safely

Comfortable using equipment to move kegs and heavy items

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Shifts are available during pre-festival setup and extend through the event, with additional opportunities on Sunday for load-out. Festival shift runs from 10 am - 9 pm Thursday, August 6th through Saturday, August 8th. Pre-festival shifts start Monday, August 3rd - Wednesday, August 5th from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Sunday load-out 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, August 9th.
