Job Description
Cook-During assigned shift, general coordination of the lunch, dinner and graveyard crew kitchen staff. Work in cooperation with Chef, Sous Chef, Lead Cook and F&B Lead Person to ensure consistent, high quality of all preparations, production and fluid kitchen operation.
Qualifications:
A.A degree or technical training or at least one year related experience. Degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program is desirable.
Valid Food Handler Card required by the State of California, Health and Safety Code 113790.
Current employees in this position earn: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
