We are currently looking for energetic, reliable individuals to assist our Residents with the activities of daily living.
Dietary Aide: We are looking for a qualified Dietary Aide to prepare and serve food to residents in our facilities. You will deliver dishes and ensure good sanitary condition in cooking and dining premises. A Dietary Aide must be capable to prepare food following instructions while adhering to all safety and health standards. They must be competent and conscientious with a customer-oriented approach. The goal is to provide excellent food services by following instructions and standards.
Full Time positions 7am-3pm and 11am-7pm and every other weekend and holiday is equired
Part Time positions 4pm-7pm during the week and every other weekend and holiday is required
Specific Duties:
- Deliver and retrieve dishes to and from resident area
- Set up tables for meals.
- Process soiled trays, dishes and utensils from carts through dishwasher.
- Return clean items to appropriate places.
- Assist in serving food on line.
- Wash pots, pans and other equipment as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation through entire work area.
- Sweep, scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment after each meal.
- Empty trash.
- Prepare nutritional supplements.
- Report malfunctioning equipment to Director immediately
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Food Service Director./Chef/Cook.
- Be able to identify any safety hazards and immediately respond to them.
Requirements of a Dietary Aide
- Pass a Criminal Background Check
- CPR and First Aide (training available)
Pay: $11.00 per hour
