,Brasserie by Niche is a beloved Central West End institution that has been serving classic French bistro cuisine for over 15 years. Part of Niche Food Group, Brasserie is known for its tight-knit, family-feel kitchen — some of its team members are among the longest-tenured in the entire company. We're looking for an experienced Line Cook who is passionate about classic French technique and thrives in a focused, high-energy kitchen environment.
As a Line Cook at Brasserie, you'll work in a small but mighty kitchen executing a refined French bistro menu with consistency and care. You'll be expected to own your station, contribute to a collaborative team culture, and bring both skill and hustle to every service. This is a kitchen where people genuinely love what they cook — and it shows.
The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of line cook experience, ideally with exposure to French or European cuisine. You should be comfortable working at a fast pace, maintaining quality under pressure, and contributing positively to a close kitchen culture. A passion for classic cooking and a desire to grow within a respected restaurant group are a must.
