Work Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations across multiple departments including scheduling, intake, staffing, credentialing, compliance, billing and clinical supportive services. The Operations Manager provides hands on leadership to effectively manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships with staff, and travel regularly between clinic locations to provide operational oversight and support.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day to day operations across multiple departments to ensure organizational efficiency, compliance, productivity and quality patient care

Develop, implement and continuously improve operational polices, procedures, and best practices

Ensure consistency in service delivery, patient experience and clinical support across all sites

Foster a collaborative, accountable and mission driven work environment that promotes employee engagement and professional development

Ensure organizational compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, payer requirements and company polices

Conduct interviews

Provide regular operational reports and recommendations to leadership
Benefits

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field required; Masters degree preferred

Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task

Excellent observation, verbal, written and interpersonal skills
