The Role & Daily Routine You will not be chained to a desk. Your mission is to engage homeowners direct in residential neighborhoods during prime outreach hours (typically 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM, flexible full-time schedule) to generate interest in upgrading their home efficiency.
- Conduct canvassing outreach in targeted Salt Lake City and Ogden neighborhoods.
- Identify homeowner needs regarding windows, siding, and doors.
- Schedule free efficiency consultations for our Senior Closers (you set the appointment; they complete the sale).
Compensation, Commission Breakdown & Perks
- Average Earners: $85,000 – $100,000 / year
- Top Producers: $120,000+ / year
- Earning Example: Weekly pay averages are $1,800 – $2,500+ per week in commissions plus performance bonuses.
