Job Summary:
This position reports directly to the Data Analytics Director on all work assignments and administrative activities. The individual is required to handle multiple priorities within time constraints and to assist other field technical staff with technical problem resolution. The Data Analyst II leads complex data initiatives, database development, automation, and reporting efforts. This role designs and optimizes data systems, mentors junior analysts, and partners with leadership to deliver strategic insights. The position operates with a high degree of independence and technical expertise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Design, implement, and optimize secure, efficient, and scalable databases
· Lead complex data collection, transformation, and integration efforts
· Perform heavy data cleaning, validation, and standardization tasks
· Collect, manipulate, clean, and prepare data for use in organizational databases and data platforms
· Develop and maintain advanced SQL scripts, queries, and data procedures
· Administer CRM and membership databases, including system configuration and optimization
· Design automated workflows and data pipelines while ensuring performance and data integrity
· Develop and refine data processes to measure organizational and organizing outcomes
· Produce advanced analytical reports, dashboards, and insights for senior leadership
· Coordinate complex data exchanges between external platforms and internal systems
· Establish and enforce data management standards, documentation, and best practices
· Provide advanced troubleshooting and serve as a subject matter expert for database systems
· Train, mentor, and support Data Analyst I and Data Coordinator staff and non technical users
· Ensure projects are delivered on time and within estimated costs
· Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
· 3–5+ years of professional data analysis or database experience
· Advanced SQL scripting and database administration experience
· Experience working within the Azure cloud environment
· Experience with data automation and integration tools
· Experience using Data Factory tools
· Experience creating interactive reports using SSRS tools.
