You'll be working with full dealer-level factory tools, including in-house Porsche and Audi/VW programming most shops still have to send out for. That means you're doing the real work. The work that actually uses what's in your head, instead of getting stuck on the easy stuff while somebody else gets the interesting jobs.
We're booked out a month and a half without ever running an ad. Which means you're never standing around waiting on work, and you're never wondering if this week's paycheck is going to come up short.
Your boss actually turns wrenches too. That means you're never explaining yourself to someone who doesn't get it, and you're never fighting for tools or time you should've already had.
And it's Monday through Friday. No weekends.

✓ UP TO $10,000 SIGN-ON / RELOCATION BONUS – If you've got real diagnostic experience on German vehicles and you're ready to step in and work independently, we'll help make the move worth it. Paid out in installments to make it worth sticking around.
✓ 5-DAY WORK WEEK (NO WEEKENDS!) – Monday through Friday. Recharge on your own time, every weekend, doing the things you love and spending time with your family.
✓ WE WILL KEEP YOU BUSY – We're booked out a month and a half, and we've never spent a dollar on marketing to get there. You won't be watching the clock waiting for the next car to roll in.
✓ YOU WILL BE APPRECIATED (OPEN DOOR POLICY) – We're a small, owner-operated shop. Decision-makers are on site every day, and if you've got a problem or an idea, you talk directly to the person who can act on it.

ABOUT EUROPEAN PERFORMANCE
European Performance was started by twin brothers carrying on their father's name and his passion for German cars. We're coming up on 10 years now, and we're still the only shop in Billings that works exclusively on Audi, VW, Porsche, BMW, Mini, and Mercedes. Nothing else.
That focus is the whole point. We invest in factory-level tools, including in-house Porsche and Audi/VW programming, so our customers never have to drive to Denver or Spokane for work we can already do here. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:
- 5+ years of experience in a professional automotive repair business
- At least 2 years working specifically on German vehicles, diagnostics and repair
- Strong electrical and CAN network diagnostic skills, not just parts-swapping
- You show up ready to work, and you don't dread the hard jobs, you dig into them
- You contribute to the team instead of draining it. No complaining when a bolt breaks or a job runs long
- You want to be trusted to think for yourself and solve problems, not micromanaged through every step
