A reputable and established law firm in Columbia, SC is seeking a professional Legal Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, attorneys, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently while maintaining a polished client experience.
- Manage the front desk, reception area, appointment scheduling, and conference room coordination.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and office communications.
- Assist with administrative support tasks including scanning, filing, copying, document preparation, and data organization.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information and legal documents.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
