We are hiring a full-time Wireless Account Representative in Concord to support customer outreach, wireless enrollments, and ongoing account management tied to affordable telecommunications solutions. This Wireless Account Representative role is designed for people who enjoy direct customer interaction, problem-solving, and building long-term communication and sales skills in a fast-paced environment.
As a Wireless Account Representative, you’ll work directly with customers to explain wireless services, manage account activity, and recommend solutions that fit each customer’s usage, budget, and day-to-day needs. The Wireless Account Representative plays a major role in both customer retention and overall sales performance by helping customers feel informed, supported, and confident in their wireless decisions.
Responsibilities of the Wireless Account Representative
- Meet directly with customers to discuss wireless services, account options, and affordable mobile solutions
- Present wireless plans, data features, device options, and promotions in a way customers can easily follow
- Support account updates, plan adjustments, enrollments, and device upgrades while maintaining accurate documentation
- Use active listening and communication skills to turn customer concerns into productive sales conversations
- Follow up with customers regarding account activity, service satisfaction, and upgrade opportunities
- Track customer interaction, account performance, and completed sales activity to maintain organized records
- Work alongside other Wireless Account Representative team members to improve customer engagement and overall sales results
- Share customer feedback and sales trends to help strengthen wireless outreach and account management strategy throughout the Concord area
Qualifications of the Wireless Account Representative
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful, but not required
- Comfortable working directly with customers in face-to-face environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain wireless solutions clearly and confidently
- Motivated by sales goals and performance-driven environments while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Organized and able to manage multiple customer accounts and follow-up conversations throughout the day
- Interested in developing long-term communication, wireless account management, and sales skills
