We are a logistics company, hiring for a Warehouse Lead in the city of Rialto, CA!
Job title: Warehouse Lead
Job location: Rialto, CA
Schedule: (4weekday+ 1 weekend) 4:00pm-12:45AM
Pay rate:$24.00/hr
Job description:
- Communicate with warehouse supervisor and lead to delegate tasks if needed
- Daily Inspection of area environment ( Walk around the warehouse daily to inspect any unusual activity; Safety Hazards , Trash, etc)
- Onboarding Training
- Follow the job duties of designated department ( Picking, Packing , Inbound, Tally , QA)
- Keep areas neatly organized free of broken pallets, debris & shrink wrap.
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
- Work alongside the WH team to ensure that all work gets completed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bi-lingual English & Spanish ( Ability to read, write & speak both fluently)
- At least 1-2 years of Warehouse experience required
- At least 1 year of Training experience required
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
- Must be able to demonstrate strong and versatile interpersonal skills & show the ability to work and engage effectively in a team environment by collaborating with others effectively.
- Ability to operate computers, PDA scan technology / shipping computers
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
- Knowledge , understanding & experience of 3PL(Inbound, Receiving, Sorting, Tally, Cycle Count)
- Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with multiple cultures and customs
- Data entry Skill & Organizational Skills
- Must be able to work one weekend day & have one day off during the week. ( Sat or Sunday )
- 1+ years of experience on Cherry Picker, Sit-down Forklift, Bendi, Turret, EPJ
