RReview applications and identify qualified candidates for a variety of positions across the organization.
Guide candidates through our structured Road to Hire process while providing a professional and positive hiring experience.
Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, communicate with hiring managers, and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate records within Hireology and other recruiting systems while managing job postings and recruiting activity.
Review Culture Index results using established company guidelines.
Coordinate background checks and assist with offer letter preparation.
Maintain recruiting spreadsheets, reports, and hiring trackers.
Re-engage previous candidates when new career opportunities become available.
Support career fairs, hiring events, school partnerships, and community recruiting initiatives.
Partner closely with the Recruiting Manager and dealership leaders to help meet hiring goals across multiple dealership locations.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a standard background check
Strong reliability and consistent attendance

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software systems

No previous recruiting or Human Resources experience required—we'll provide the training.
Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, administrative support, or other people-focused roles is a plus but not required.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow.
