You would own transactions from contract to close, run the CRM, support the team, and protect Robert's time - not because someone is watching, but because that is the standard you hold yourself to.

Compensation:
$75,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
A Day In The Life

Transaction management from contract to close. You coordinate escrow, manage timelines, communicate with vendors, handle repair requests, and keep clients informed at every step. Deals run clean because you make them run clean.

CRM ownership. Every lead, every past client, and every referral source is heard from, followed up with, and never forgotten. Nothing goes dormant on your watch.

Listing management. From contract through going live, you coordinate vendors, staging, photography, MLS entry, and showing schedules.

Robert's calendar and priorities. You filter what needs his attention, bring it to him prepared, and protect the rest of his day so he can stay focused on relationships and growth.

Team support. You are the connective tissue for a small, close-knit team. Daily communication, shared systems, and making sure every person has what they need.

SOPs. You spot the gaps, document the fix, and own the improvement.

Client events. You help coordinate client appreciation activities that keep this referral-based business thriving. Occasional evenings and weekends required.

What this role requires:

2+ years supporting a top-producing real estate agent or team in transaction management, operations, or a similar capacity. CRM proficiency, strong follow-through, and a valid CA driver's license with a reliable personal vehicle. Must live within a 40-minute commute to North Park.
