We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patients are moving forward with care and getting healthy. Direct experience in gaining dental case acceptance through patient education is required.
What you’ll do as a Treatment Coordinator:
- Schedule patients effectively and be responsible for maintaining a full, productive schedule that maximizes patient care. Scheduling optimization will be for active as well as inactive patients.
- Verify insurance benefits and provide clear explanations of coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and payment options.
- Present treatment plans to patients to help them understand the importance of their oral health.
- Ensure treatment plans are accurate in the system.
- Manage a productive schedule and schedule future appointments.
- Coordinate with labs to ensure case completion prior to patient appointments.
- Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for every patient by being friendly helpful at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the office runs smoothly and every patient
receives outstanding care.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 2 years experience presenting treatment plans to patients along with knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software, experience with Dentrix and/or Curve Hero preferred.
- Ability to present treatment plans with empathy, confidence and professionalism.
- Excellent and positive communication skills with both the team and patients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a patient-centered friendly environment.
- Self-starter that takes initiative when something needs to be completed.
- Stable work history demonstrated on your resume

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
