Job Summary: We are seeking a fee-for-service clinician looking to grow in the field of mental health and treat varying mental disorders. Our clients are high-functioning individuals struggling with life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, and relationship issues. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, looking to grow with our practice, and aspires to become a long-term employee. We are a Black-owned business and pride ourselves on supporting our community.
Pay:
- $50-$70 fee-for-service rate (commensurate based on experience)
- $200 Referral Bonus
- Potential for growth after 1-2 years
Work location:
- Fully remote
- Must be based out of New York State
Schedule:
- Flexible- Weekend and Evening availability is a plus, but not a must
- Choose your own hours
- Expect regular clinical supervision
Job Responsibilities:
- Individual, group, and couples’ psychotherapy for adults and/or adolescents
- Maintain caseload notes and correspondence.
- Stay up to date with treatment plans/discharges.
Qualifications and skills:
- Licensed LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or LCAT in New York
- Organized, self-motivated, empathetic individual
- Experience in adult individual psychotherapy
- Experience in group therapy
- Experience in couples and family work is a plus
- Specialization in Adolescent Therapy is a plus
- Trauma informed
- CBT trained (optional)
- Clinicians with specialties such as EMDR, DBT, and MBCT will be given priority
- Understands HIPAA compliance
- Knowledgeable about best treatment practices
- Understands how to work with high functioning individuals
- Cultural competence is a priority. Sensitivity to cultural, religious, racial, disability, and gender issues
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer literacy is needed to manage clients via email follow-ups and online calendars
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
