The Role
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team within an established food manufacturing facility in Milwaukee.
You will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, support equipment reliability and ensure production machinery and facility systems are maintained safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the facility maintenance team
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Support industrial production and manufacturing machinery
- Troubleshoot refrigeration systems
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Oversee routine facility maintenance
- Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and effectively
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing maintenance experience
- Previous maintenance leadership/supervisory experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Industrial equipment maintenance experience
- Refrigeration troubleshooting experience
- Ability to lead and develop a maintenance team
