We are seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist to become the primary front office team member in our growing dental practice.This is a key role for someone who enjoys both patient care and practice growth. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through treatment acceptance and completion.The ideal candidate is confident presenting treatment, discussing financial arrangements, scheduling efficiently, managing patient follow-up, and building strong relationships with patients. You will be the face of the practice and play a direct role in patient satisfaction, treatment acceptance, collections, and office growth.

Compensation:
- Starting at $25/hr (DOE)

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and bubbly manner; create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and courteously
- Present treatment plans, follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment, and support strong case acceptance
- Manage patient accounts, follow up on outstanding balances, and handle collections in a professional manner
- Verify insurance information and process payments accurately
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with administrative and front office tasks to support the dental team
Requirements
- Proficiency in dental software such as Open Dental/Practice Web is preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and common dental procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a welcoming, professional demeanor
- Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- High case acceptance skills with the ability to confidently close treatment plans
- Strong sales experience
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent communication and confidence in discussing treatment options and financial arrangements
