Event Warehouse Technician
Location: North Charleston, SC

Schedule: Monday–Friday (hours may vary based on event schedule)
About the Position
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hardworking Event Warehouse Technician to join our growing event production team. This role is responsible for preparing equipment for events, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining warehouse inventory, and ensuring all event materials are returned, inspected, and ready for the next event.
This is a hands-on position that requires someone who takes pride in organization, pays close attention to detail, and understands the importance of keeping events running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
-Load trucks accurately and efficiently for upcoming events.
-Unload trucks after events and return equipment to its proper warehouse location.
-Inspect all returned inventory for damage, missing items, or items that require repair or replacement.
-Track missing or damaged inventory and communicate discrepancies to management.
-Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
-Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
-Prepare equipment for upcoming events, ensuring everything is clean, tested, and event-ready.
-Follow loading plans to maximize truck space and ensure equipment is transported safely.
-Work closely with the operations and production teams to keep projects on schedule.
-Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow company safety procedures.
Qualifications
-Previous warehouse experience required.
-Experience loading box trucks or commercial vehicles preferred.
-Experience with logistics, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Professional attitude with strong communication skills.
-Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
-Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
-Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
-Ability to stand, bend, push, pull, and walk for extended periods.
-Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions when necessary.
