Job Overview
Seeking a person who is dependable and with a good work ethic. Experience cooking in a commercial kitchen is a plus. The ideal candidate must be committed to providing exceptional, quality, made to order food in a fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Identify ingredients order requirements with management.
- Prepare ingredients for daily & weekly service.
- Prepare & accurately cook made to order menu items.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with managers, front of house staff, & back of house team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to food handling & safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Maintain a clean & organized work area.
Qualifications
- Must have basic knife and kitchen skills.
- Must work well with others (team environment), be honest, strong work ethics, and be punctual.
- Must have a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Must have basic math skills and knowledge of weights and measures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.15 - $17.00 per hour
