ClearPath Solutions is hiring an Entry Level Client Representative to support customer outreach and brand expansion throughout the Columbus area. In this role, the Entry Level Client Representative will connect directly with customers to provide information on Kinetic’s internet, wireless, and entertainment solutions while delivering a positive customer experience.
As an Entry Level Client Representative, you’ll work closely with customers to understand their connectivity needs, answer questions about available Kinetic services, and assist throughout the enrollment and account setup process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating solutions clearly, and building professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities for an Entry Level Client Representative
- Engage with customers to discuss Kinetic products and services that support everyday connectivity and entertainment needs
- Educate customers on Kinetic’s high-speed internet, wireless, and technology solutions in a clear and professional manner
- Assist customers in identifying service options that best fit their household or personal preferences
- Provide a positive and informative customer experience throughout the enrollment and account setup process
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and product knowledge
- Support team goals by maintaining a customer-focused approach and contributing to overall campaign growth

Pay: $48,945.49 - $58,945.11 per year
