Coastal Sun Spa is expanding, and we're looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our brand-new Havre de Grace location as Spa Consultants.

As a Spa Consultant, you'll be the first face our guests see when they walk through the door. You'll create exceptional experiences, educate guests on our luxury wellness services, and help them find products and memberships that fit their lifestyle. Every day is different, and every interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day a little brighter.
No spa experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive paid training. We're looking for personality, reliability, confidence, and a genuine passion for customer service.
What You'll Do
Create Amazing Guest Experiences
- Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Build genuine relationships with new and returning clients
- Educate guests on our luxury wellness services, memberships, and retail products
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer service
- Ensure every guest leaves feeling valued and excited to return
Drive Sales Through Service
- Recommend services and products based on each guest's goals
- Promote memberships, packages, and featured retail items
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
Keep the Spa Looking Its Best
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Complete daily cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Stock retail displays and maintain inventory presentation
- Assist with salon opening and closing procedures
- Report equipment concerns and help maintain operational excellence

Retail, hospitality, restaurant, fitness, beauty, or sales experience is a plus—but not required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the salon
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 10 pounds
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
Compensation & Perks
$15–$25 per hour (blended pay)

Schedule
This is a part-time, in-person position.
Salon Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Flexible scheduling is available, including evenings and weekends.
