We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a small multifamily property, with a strong emphasis on hands-on ability, handy-man skills and practical knowledge of home and/or office maintenance.
The ideal candidate has experience with general maintenance trades, including plumbing, electrical, painting, basic carpentry and troubleshooting. You should be comfortable diagnosing issues, completing repairs independently, and managing multiple service requests efficiently. Familiarity with preventative maintenance practices and coordinating third-party vendors is important.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to maintenance issues as the first point of contact. The right candidate is dependable, organized, and capable of maintaining a high standard of property upkeep without the need for constant supervision.
Compensation will be based on skills and experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
