Position Summary
As a Kitchen & Guest Experience Associate, you'll play an essential role in our daily operations. This is a cross-trained position where no two shifts are the same. You'll assist customers, prepare fresh food, stock displays, bake, complete kitchen prep, and help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions
- Prepare made-to-order menu items accurately and efficiently
- Package takeout orders
- Restock bakery cases, refrigerated displays, and frozen grocery items
- Bake muffins, pastries, and other menu items according to recipes
- Prepare ingredients including breading chicken tenders and onion rings
- Wash dishes and maintain clean workstations throughout the day
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols
- Monitor inventory and communicate items that need restocking
- Work as a team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Food service or at home baking experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train motivated individuals.
