Overview
ANR | Elite Restoration is seeking an experienced Insurance Restoration Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, emergency response services, and general restoration work.

Responsibilities
- Perform water mitigation and extraction services
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Perform mold remediation according to industry standards
- Conduct demolition and cleanup as needed
- Perform other emergency services
- Document job progress with photos and notes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and team members
- Maintain equipment and company vehicles
- Participate in on-call emergency response rotation as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of insurance restoration experience
- Strong background in:
- Water damage restoration
- Mold remediation
- IICRC Certifications preferred:
- WRT (Water Restoration Technician)
- ASD (Applied Structural Drying)
- AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
