We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and serve beverages promptly while maintaining a lively and engaging demeanor.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty beverages, following established recipes or creating new ones.
- Manage POS systems to process orders efficiently and handle cash or card transactions with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Assist in beverage recipe development to enhance menu offerings and cater to guest preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operation.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and ensuring their overall satisfaction throughout their visit.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender is a plus! If you have no experience, we will train you.
- Some understanding of beverage recipes, cocktail mixing techniques, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and brewing processes.
- Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, catering events, banquet service, or retail math is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to all legal regulations related to alcohol service.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for hospitality that creates memorable guest experiences.
- TABC License required***
Pay
- $8.00-$10.00 hourly base (depending on experience) + tip out
