On-Time Medical Group is a growing integrated medical and behavioral health practice serving patients throughout Maryland. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Licensed Psychotherapist to provide telehealth outpatient mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
We are especially interested in clinicians with experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders (dual diagnosis). You'll work alongside psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, primary care providers, SUD counselors, and peer recovery specialists in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Position Details

What You'll Do
- Provide individual psychotherapy through a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
- Complete comprehensive behavioral health assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and other behavioral health conditions.
- Treat individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders using evidence-based interventions.
- Utilize treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and other clinically appropriate approaches.
- Perform suicide risk assessments and develop safety plans when indicated.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and insurance-compliant clinical documentation within the EHR.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, primary care providers, SUD counselors, peer recovery specialists, and care coordinators to provide integrated care.
- Participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement activities as needed.
Qualifications Required
- Active Maryland license as one of the following:
- LGPC or LMSW
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Ability to independently manage a telehealth caseload.
- Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace suitable for telehealth services.
Preferred:
At least 1 year clinical experience with the following:
- Providing outpatient mental health therapy.
- Treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Experience with dual diagnosis treatment.
- Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Knowledge of Maryland Medicaid and commercial insurance documentation standards.
- Experience working within integrated behavioral health or multidisciplinary treatment teams.

Compensation
Competitive per-session contractor compensation based on licensure, experience, and credentials.
