Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Battle Lake Family Dentistry is looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care for patients of all ages, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
- Review medical and dental histories, assess oral health, and communicate findings with the doctor.
- Take high-quality digital radiographs while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations to promote lifelong oral health.
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (if licensed)
- Accurately document patient care and treatment using Dentrix.
- Maintain the highest standards of infection control while following OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
- Prepare treatment rooms, maintain clinical equipment, and help ensure an efficient daily schedule.
- Collaborate with the doctor and team to deliver outstanding patient care and an exceptional patient experience.
- Build lasting relationships with patients through compassionate, personalized care.
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in Minnesota.
- CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.
- Experience with Dentrix is a plus but not required.

Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
