Summary: The position entails daily setup of club functions, banquets, outings and À la carte. Housemen maintain cleanliness and appearance of all areas on club property. Housemen are expected to do small repairs and odd jobs to assist the engineering crew if needed.
Duties:
Clean and daily maintenance the following areas
- Outside clubhouse
- Patio & terrace
- Loading dock
- Lakefront
- Paths connecting all areas of the clubhouse
- Clean and maintain bathrooms on golf course multiple cleanings daily
- Setup of the following: table, chair, buffet table placements, A/V needs, banquets, Club functions, À la carte, events/tents on golf course, picnic grove events
- Clean and maintain
- Ballroom floor
- Pop up tents and or coolers during Monday outings
- Cleaning and shampooing of carpet around the clubhouse [Non wool carpet]
- Employee bathrooms [When cleaning company is unavailable]
- Storeroom and storage areas
- Club van
- Keep loading dock hallway clear of obstructions
- Accept tasks asked by upper level management
- Windows (Weekly or as needed/if AM could not get to it)
Must be willing to work weekends/holidays
One meal per shift
