For this full-time position, we are looking for someone with availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule, including morning, evening, and rotating shifts based on business needs.
As the Front Desk Supervisor, you set the bar in delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring hotel and franchise standards. You work with the FOM or GM to mentor and instill these same high standards into all of your team. While you typically have the swing shift in order to work with both the AM and PM shifts you have the responsibility to oversee the training and coverage of the entire department including your Leads and Night Audit staff. You are often the key point person onsite for the department, working with the management team to drive Guest Satisfaction Scores, help manage the teams schedules and are also involved in their performance management.

Responsibility
- Training new team members.
- Scheduling.
- May assist with hiring, firing, and performance management of the front desk team in partnership with the Front Office Manager or General Manager.
- Checking guests in and out accurately, ensuring proper credit is obtained.
- Making reservations and upselling as appropriate.
- Ensuring proper handling of credit cards, cash and other forms of billing/payments.
- Answer phone calls, proficiently use the computer and other technologies.
- Ability to act as a concierge and perform your duties while always providing exceptional guest service.
- Constantly communicate with other shifts, departments and management in an accurate and respectful manner.
- Assume all other duties associated with a front desk associate.

- Have an aptitude to work with computers.
