Compensation: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
About the Opportunity
A professional community management team is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Clubhouse & Amenity Housekeeper to support a private residential amenity operation in the Babcock Ranch area.
This role is responsible for maintaining clean, polished, and welcoming clubhouse, restaurant, restroom, pool, and amenity spaces. The right candidate takes pride in creating an environment that feels cared for, orderly, and ready for residents and guests each day.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain clubhouse common areas, amenity spaces, restrooms, restaurant-adjacent areas, offices, and meeting spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and restock assigned areas throughout the day
- Maintain restroom cleanliness and supply levels to a high resident-facing standard
- Remove trash, manage recycling, and keep back-of-house areas clean and organized
- Support cleanliness before, during, and after community events
- Assist with light setup and reset of furniture, tables, and amenity spaces as needed
- Monitor cleanliness of pool deck, outdoor amenity areas, and high-traffic spaces
- Report maintenance needs, damages, supply shortages, or safety concerns to management
- Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, chemical handling, and safety procedures
- Represent the management team with professionalism, discretion, and a service-minded attitude
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
