For experienced candidates:
Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer (auto dealership or repair shop)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple customers at once
Basic mechanical understanding is helpful
For entry-level candidates (no experience required):
Strong people skills and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Good organization and attention to detail
Customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and professional approach
Comfort using computers and phone systems
