Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute ABBI's digital growth strategy across customer acquisition, Ambassador enrollment, e-commerce, retention, and digital marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys building from the ground up, and can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
The Digital Marketing Manager will play an active and critical role in driving online sales growth, customer acquisition, Ambassador engagement, website performance, and marketing effectiveness. As an early leader within the company, this individual must be comfortable wearing multiple hats, building systems and processes, analyzing performance data, and "getting their hands dirty" by actively managing campaigns, optimizing the Shopify experience, and driving measurable business results.
This is not a role for someone who simply manages agencies and vendors. We are looking for a builder and operator who enjoys being in the details, testing new ideas, solving problems, and working alongside the team to accelerate growth. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking, embraces accountability, and is excited about helping shape the future of ABBI's digital marketing and e-commerce organization.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Growth
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across paid and organic digital channels.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Drive new and existing customer growth while maintaining target acquisition costs and return on ad spending (ROAS).
- Support Ambassador enrollment growth through digital lead generation and marketing initiatives.
E-Commerce & Website Optimization
- Manage and optimize the Shopify e-commerce experience.
- Improve website conversion rates, average order value, and customer journey performance.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal team to enhance website functionality and user experience.
Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Shopify, and advertising platform reporting to track performance.
- Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and marketing effectiveness.
- Develop dashboards and report for leadership.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data and insights.
Retention & Loyalty Programs
- Drive growth of Subscribe & Save, Rewards, and customer retention programs.
- Develop strategies to increase customer lifetime value and repeat purchasing behavior.
- Create reactivation campaigns for inactive customers and Ambassadors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 3 – 7 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or growth marketing.
- Strong experience with the Shopify Platform.
- Experience with Brevo or comparable email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency building and managing Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience analyzing marketing funnels, customer acquisition costs, and conversion metrics.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC), social selling, direct sales, or omni-channel businesses preferred.
