Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to support equipment maintenance operations inside a battery manufacturing facility.
Duties:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment
- Perform maintenance and repairs on molds and tooling equipment
- Inspect, adjust, replace, and repair cutting blades and related components
- Diagnose mechanical equipment problems and minimize production downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance according to established schedules
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
- Follow all facility safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized
- Coordinate with productions supervisors and other maintenance personnel
Skills:
- Previous industrial equipment maintenance experience required!
- Experience with mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair
- knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Ability to read equipment manuals and basic mechanical drawings
- Ability to work independently and respond promptly to equipment issues
- Experience in manufacturing of battery productions is preferred
- Cutting equipment, tooling, or mold maintenance experience is strongly preferred
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
