Eligible Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) may earn a $200 retention bonus upon successful completion of all required onboarding and training requirements and 90 days of active employment following their initial client case assignment. Employees must remain actively employed, meet the eligibility requirements of the company's Retention Bonus Policy, and comply with attendance and performance standards throughout the eligibility period. Bonus payments are subject to applicable payroll taxes and applicable law.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services in clients' homes and community settings.
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation in a timely manner.
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
- Support clients in achieving individualized treatment goals.
- Collaborate with caregivers, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in ABA, behavioral health, special education, childcare, developmental disabilities, mental health, social services, or a related field.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Availability to work at least two weekdays consistently.
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to travel to client homes and community locations within assigned service areas.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass all required background clearances.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Behavioral Science, Social Work, or a related field.

Schedule Information

- Schedules vary depending on client assignments and availability.
Retention Bonus Eligibility
Eligible BTs and RBTs may earn a $200 retention bonus after completing all required onboarding and training requirements and maintaining active employment for 90 days following their initial client case assignment. Employees must satisfy the eligibility requirements outlined in the company's Retention Bonus Policy, remain in compliance with company policies, and meet attendance and performance standards during the eligibility period. The bonus will be paid through payroll after verification that all eligibility requirements have been met.

- Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings.
- We observe major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. These are not paid holidays unless an employee is scheduled to work and performs work on the holiday. Paid time off eligibility and accrual are based on actual hours worked and business needs.
