Responsibilities
Make 150+ outbound cold calls per day
Prospect local and national businesses to uncover digital marketing opportunities
Build, manage, and nurture your own sales pipeline
Schedule qualified appointments and close new business
Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
Think critically to identify solutions that help businesses grow
Collaborate with leadership to improve sales strategies and processes
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
What We’re Looking For
Previous cold calling and sales experience required (B2B sales preferred)
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls every day
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Able to perform under pressure and stay motivated through rejection
Startup mentality with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Understands how to build and nurture a sales pipeline
Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
Critical thinker who solves problems rather than waits for direction
Competitive, driven, and self-motivated
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel locally when needed
Must live in South Florida and be able to work in person

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary commensurate with experience, plus uncapped commission, performance bonuses, and significant opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding company.
