Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team and family members
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse licensure in New Jersey
Minimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
