Piccola Italia Ristorante in downtown Manchester is looking for an experienced and dependable Server/Bartender to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have previous restaurant serving and bartending experience, excellent customer service skills, and strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. We are looking for someone friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages
- Make menu and drink recommendations
- Use the Toast POS system and handle payments accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and service area
- Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol-service requirements
- Work cooperatively with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant serving and bartending experience is required
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain professional during busy shifts
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
