Content Marketing Specialist
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in Martinsville with travel to other offices on occasion.

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
Schedule/Availability: 40 hours per week minimum. Must be flexible based on business needs.

As a Marketing Specialist at AMP, you will play a critical role in executing multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth for both the AMP brand and our partner practices. You’ll support campaign development across digital, email, social, and events, while ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals. Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and events.

Develop and publish marketing content (social posts, email copy, landing pages) that aligns with brand voice and objectives.

Help manage partner practices’ social media presence, engaging with audiences and monitoring trends.

Coordinate with internal creative resources (design, video, content) to develop compelling assets for organic content.

Maintain and update marketing calendars, ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Organize assets and maintain consistency across channels regarding business hours, device and treatment offerings, personnel, and in-house promos.

Maintenance of Master Promo Sheet and creation of applicable Zenoti campaign codes.
Requirements & Experience:
-
1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with marketing tools such as social media platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zenoti, GoHighLevel).

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industries is a plus.
Physical Requirements:

This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending.

Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations.

Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies.

Employees may be asked to travel and must be able to carry and maneuver their luggage and navigate through various transportation modes (car, airplane, bus, train).
