Position Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide engaging, child-led, play-based therapy sessions
- Educate caregivers and provide home strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reporting
- Participate in re-evaluations, discharge planning, and team meetings
- Optional involvement in specialty programs and community outreach
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Idaho licensure (or ability to obtain)
- ASHA CCCs preferred, CF applicants encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, energetic, child-centered mindset
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
